Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms above the 4th floor were comfortable, clean, and offered great views of the palace grounds. The staff, particularly at the Front Desk, were excellent - so friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, not just close to the Royal Palace, but also within walking distance of the Independence Monument. The dining experience, especially the pasta, was fantastic. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor points to consider.

The staff at this hotel are very kind and helpful. The Assistant Front Desk Manager even went out of their way to assign me a room with a small balcony, which was a lovely touch.

The hotel is in a quiet street opposite beautiful gardens, making it a peaceful retreat in the bustling city. It's also conveniently close to the riverside where you can find plenty of dining options.
